VOPC is my clinic of choice for my dog's annual dental check-ups and my go-to recommendation to my friends for their dogs' dental needs, despite it being a bit out of the way for us. When my puppy's first dental cleaning was approaching, my usual vet's pricing was a bit inaccessible for me at the time so I decided to shop elsewhere for better options. I quickly found out that price transparency was a huge issue with a lot of clinics with many other clinics hiding their costs behind expensive exams or charged ridiculous fees for basic/questionable-quality services. VOPC stood out by providing clear, upfront pricing right on their website which definitely put my mind at ease.
Not only is the pricing fair, but they're also able to provide affordability without skimping on quality. The staff at VOPC is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making each visit so easy for me and my dog. The dental procedure itself was so straightforward, taking only about an hour in total. Can't recommend this place enough for dental cleanings.

I've been here before with my brother's girlfriend's cat and I would always get this nice vibe about this place and from all the wonderful staff that works here and the place is very clean too. Plus the referrals from 2 of my friends regarding this veterinary are always outstanding.
So today was my first visit bringing a cat and the love and care with which they handle the situation and my furry friend is just heart touching and prices are very very reasonable. I do recommend this place .

'“Clean facility. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices which makes me very happy. They loved on my girl and didn't just talk to me. We went for an ear check up and unfortunately left with meds and a wash. My baby also received a vaccine she needed updating and I only left paying slightly over a $100. I was shocked and happy. This will be our new place. But shhhhhhh don't tell our other veterinarian cause we absolutely love them. But my pocket doesn't care for them too much.”

"If I could give Dr Moore and her staff 100 stars I would. They are the kindest, most compassionate veterinary staff I have ever seen. My cat was gravely ill and they cared for him when I couldn't, carrying him around, hand feeding him. There are no words to express my families gratitude for the whole staff ! Thank you!"

I went with my three year old chihuahua to see Dr. Donna Moore today. I saw this business from a sign that was street side. I have been eating to take him to get his teeth inspected and cleaned for quite some time. The entire staff was so kind and friendly and compassionate. This is a special crew and a special doctor. I'm so happy to be in the right place. Next I will bring in my kitten to be spayed, as well as my 7 year old chihuahua for a teeth cleaning. I'm so excited to have found the right place, the right people and the right price. Gosh we are blessed. Thank you for doing what you do and helping not only the pets but the parents. I will be spreading the word of your wonderful place.

We took my dog PJ here for his very overdue teeth cleaning last month. Like most people it's tough to bite the bullet and get this done due to the expense. I went here based on Yelp reviews and SO glad I did. Their prices are far below even my own low cost clinic we usually go to. The low cost definitely does not mean lesser treatment or upsales. I knew we would most likely be in for some extractions but they are very up front about costs and overestimate your bill. My dog did end up with 5 extractions but I am very confident this was 100% necessary or it would not have been done. He recovered very well from the anesthesia and seems so much more content. My dogs health has greatly improved since the extractions and cleaning. Bad breath is virtually gone. Even his runny eye has cleared up. They are super nice and you can tell the Dr. and her staff care a great deal about animals. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and already have! GET THEM TEETH CLEANED! Your pet will love you for it.

I love this place! I have taken my dog to 3 different vets total and out of the 3, Dr. Moore definitely is the best, and so are her staff. They are so nice, friendly, and make you feel comfortable. The first time I came here was because my dog had allergy problems. Dr. Moore recommended us to just give her benadrly. They do not try to scare you and up sale. While the previous vet we went to recommended us to buy prescribed medication which costed $80 and that wasn't including the check up fee. Dr. Moore and her staff lets you know that they have things you can buy from them but don't make it mandatory and offer alternatives that are cheaper.
We recently went here again for my dogs teeth cleaning and her teeth turned out so much better!!! We were worried she might need to get her teeth extracted but luckily she did not! They try their best to not pull out any teeth here. Prior to taking my dog here to get her teeth cleaned, I called around so many places to see what the rates are for dog teeth cleaning and all the rates are very high. I was able to get my dog teeth cleaned for only $170 and this was including checkup, antibiotics, ivs, and hazardous waste. Overall, I'm really glad I took my dog here.

Our first visit was a wonderful experience. Our 11 year old chocolate Labrador developed bleeding from her mouth. We called this great place and spoke with Alex who asked us to bring her right in. Dr Moore was so understanding and caring about our girl Stubbs. We are leaving with Antibiotics and planning to return for a recheck next week.
I would highly recommend this clinic.
Super clean too!

My 4 month old basset hound had a nasty cough. I was seen right away even though i called right before they were about to close. Alex and Dr Moore were friendly, helpful, and the prices here are fair! I will be back for sure!

What a wonderful experience! I am a disabled retiree and my dog , Dylan, is my life. He had a skin problem that was getting worse. I am homebound so I couldn't go with him. My caregiver took him and we kept connected via cellphone. Despite the unusual circumstances, this amazing vet accomodated us. She gently handled Dylan and was quite knowledgable in her treatment for him. She didn't push any unneeded tests to pad my bill, my usual experience, but instead got me a discount from yelp!
I will be going to her from now on!

Dr. Moore is fantastic! Not only is she reasonable when it comes to fees, but she is very knowledgeable and will refer you to a specialist if she's not 100%. She is very caring and we love her office!

"My family and I recently took our dog here for a dental cleaning after 4 years of not having any dental services. We had gone to another vet clinic a couple months back and went forth with the pre-cleaning antibiotics. However we chose to suspend that plan when the vet told us our dog would have at least 3 extractions that would end up costing more than we had initially thought.
Coming to vet outpt clinic, we liked when they told us Dr. Moore will try to save as many teeth as possible. Staff was kind and patient with our nervous, anxious dog. Post-op, we were scared our dog would be sad and lethargic, however to our surprise he was the same old happy-go-lucky boy. We received a call from them the day after for a follow-up inquiry. We told them he was not having any problems except being shy about his shaven front arm. Day after the cleaning, he was still eating and drinking well and being playful. We appreciate vet outpatient clinic in Tustin for their kind staff, calm doctor, and reasonable prices!! We'll be sure to bring him back!"

Was referred here from a friend I’m glad I went! The last vet said all my dogs teeth should be pulled at 14 yrs old this vet was super friendly and not out to get rich off my dog she gave him some antibiotics and the price was super reasonable compared to the $2000 estimate to get all teeth pulled! So thank you ! I will for sure go back here!

I wanted to share the results of having my pitbull treated for mange with antibiotics at this Vet office. I had taken him to the North Tustin Veterinarian months ago. The treatment did not work. This doctor gave me the best prescription for his mange. He now has a full coat of hair. Happy as can be.
Rocket coat continues to grow.

I am absolutely pleased with this veterinary. Moved here from Kansas and found this place for my 3 dogs. I brought my yorkie pom in for general check up and terth cleaning. Their prices are extremely fair and affordable and they do a great job. Very modern and clean facility without pet odor that other vets might have. Can't wait to bring my other teo digs in for check up and cleaning.

I absolutely love this vet! The prices are reasonable and the building is decorated in a very stylish fashion; Dr. Moore, Jennifer (vet tech) and Ashley (vet tech) were exceptionally friendly to both humans and dogs alike. We will definitely be doing further business here!

Awesome people!!! My new rescue dog Taco has had a terrible cough and I took him to Tustana first to get it checked out. They wouldn't diagnose anything and wanted to charge me $500 in tests first. I came here to Veterinary Outpatient and Dr. Morris was great. She said it could be his heart but was more likely Kennel Cough. So she suggested trying the more obvious issue to fix which was also the cheaper solution before having me spend hundreds of dollars on tests that might not be necessary. After I gave Taco the prescribed drugs, I could see an immediate improvement. Prices for services here are so much more reasonable too! Given that Taco probably had a highly contagious infection, they made sure to keep Taco separated from the main area so other animals wouldn't catch the infection when they came in. Tustana sure didn't take that precaution.

First off I want to say that staff is amazing. I called at 4pm to see if I had time to leave work pick up my dog from home and make in time before they closed at 5pm. I got there at 4:40pm and the assistants greeted me with smiles. Right away I felt at ease with the place and so did my dog. My dog is usually nervous.
The place was modern, clean and welcoming.
The assistant was so loving and caring with my dog.
Then Dr Donna Moore came in. She was just as caring and gentle and informative. Everyone went above and beyond. I've never quite experienced this before with any other vet.
Their priority is your pet and not try and push you into something you can't afford. They work with you for the best treatment within your budget.
I've found a perfect vet for my 2 fur babies. I am thankful for their wonderful service.
I also want to say that my dog usually has terrible anxiety at a vet office but here he was calm and so was I. I joked with the staff that perhaps it's a good "Feng Shui" I saw the same reviews from others of how calm their pet was.
I'm so happy I found this place

Exceptional service by Dr. Moore and her entire staff! I stumbled upon this veterinarian because it was in close proximity to our house. I brought in Churro when I first adopted him at 9 weeks. He was under Dr. Moore's team care up until 13 months of age. All the technicians are super friendly and answer all your questions in a very clear manner; however they are great at explaining everything from the beginning, that you very seldom find yourself needing to be asking additional questions. I absolutely liked that they checked in with me every day whenever my pups had any procedures done. They really care about their patients and their health and well-being. When we adopted our second pup, we made sure to have him be examined by Dr. Moore. We trust her and her technicians.

I went back in April due to my dog having issues urinating. Dr Moore was very reassuring and a calming presence. My dog has had almost no health issues, so it was worrying. Thankfully Dr Moore let me know that it was a very common issue and nothing to worry about. She gave him a shot of antibiotics and some pills to take home and he was fine within two weeks!
Also a shout out to Jennifer at the front who helped a dog in distress at Petco. There were quite a few people in the lobby and Alex did a great job holding down the fort. Very nice people and even nicer service prices! I'll definitely be back.

By far the best Vet I have been to in a while. Most vet offices are cold dark and unwelcoming but not this one. The minute you walk in there is a very positive vibe and greeted with kind smiles and animal affection. I recently took my bull terrier to her and the vet techs were great with handling her and showing compassion to make her feel at ease. Dr Moore is amazing and educated me with more then I could expect on my breed. She gave me tips and alerted me of what bugs or infections are going around in my area. She's the type that wouldn't steer you or your animal away and cares more about the health of your animal rather then the profit made. The cost was very inexpensive and for the first time I felt I wasn't breaking my bank. Definitely found my vet office moving forward. If you're looking for a great warm environment for your animal, I strongly suggest giving Dr Moore the opportunity.

We love it here. They're trusting and they really do care.
We brought our little Casper in a few months back to come get neutered. He is very shy and gets spooked easily because he was a stray. When we were putting him in the carrier, had a fit, snarled and started hissing which was so unlike him. He ended up shoving his nose against the bars of the carrier and sliced open his nose. Luckily we live so close or else this battle would have put us behind.
I felt so bad bringing my poor little guy into the vet with a bloodied nose and cage. He was terrified. But the moment we set him down he was so calm. No loud barking dogs, smelled nice, and all the ladies were very friendly and helped us out tremendously because this was a surprise injury on top of a surgery.
He healed fast and we had no problem with him. He has calmed down so much since he got fixed.
He now has a little scar on his nose but that's what makes him so special. We are bringing our kitten here for her shots this weekend. Happy we have a good place to take our furbabies!

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Dr Moore and her staff. I took my dog for a routine exam and vaccinations - needless to say, I will be back for any and all dog services in the future. They were kind, courteous, skilled, and efficient. The office was clean, bright, and welcoming. My dog and I had a great visit!

You will not find a more compassionate and caring veterinarian or staff than you will find at Veterinary Out-Patient Clinic. We have rescued a lot of pets so we have been to many vet hospitals and clinics. I thank God we found Dr. Moore and her staff when we had to deal with our elderly Lola's cancer. They really helped our beautiful Lola and us through that difficult time. We sadly lost our Lola and a few months later we rescued Bella who had been found on the streets of Anaheim in bad shape. Sadly Bella also had cancer and again Dr. Moore was there for us. Dr. Moore did the cancer surgery, spayed her, dewclaw removal and during surgery also found lots of blood clots that Dr. Moore had to attend to. Our poor Bella went through a lot but thanks to Dr. Moore and her staff, she is a happy, funny girl who loves attention. Her prices reflect her compassion and love for animals and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Dr. Moore and staff!

Where do i begin with how wonderful this place is. I have 2 mini Schnauzers who both had horrible dental issues. My local vet quoted me $800-$1300 for ONE dog and $600-$800 for the other. There was no way I could afford that. So my search began to find a place that was reputable and reasonable. I found that at Vetopc. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and up front with what I was facing for both dogs to get aesthetic dental AND neutered. I had an initial visit with labs and exam by the doctor, who was FABULOUS and meticulous about checking the overall health of my dogs, not just a quick dental exam..then the FABULOUS Assistant talked me through what to expect and price. I set my appointment, got a call a few days later with labs and recommendations and another call the night before. The day of surgery my dogs were well taken care of. I got update calls for all extractions and for each step between the dental and the neuter. My dogs looked wonderful and seemed very comfortable when i picked them up. I got detailed instructions on afyer care and follow up and even a free nail trimming. The best part is that I got all this EXPERT, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY and HONEST care for an INCREDIBLY REASONABLE PRICE ....like 1/4 What my local vet quoted. Basically what I'm trying to tell you is, dont think twice, just make your appointment. You will not be disappointed and your fur babies will be well taken care of. I will now be taking the drive to Vetopc for all my regular veterinary needs. This has been the best experience with a vet I have had in the 20 years I have had fur babies. Thank you VETOPC!!!

This place is a Amazing! I can't say enough... Beautiful welcoming and clean office. The staff is friendly and professional. I love that this office has you and your pet as their primary concern NOT YOUR POCKET. Other offices I have been to add so many fees to your visits and you walk out with tons of stuff your pet didn't need without even addressing the issue you went in for? Not this office... My doggy had painful tumors and was depressed. I initially went to get it cleaned and prepared for medication and treatment... When I went to pick up my doggy... I was pleasantly SUPRISED! Dr. Moore REMOVED the tumor! I am so grateful to her! THANK YOU DR. MOORE! I am a single parent on limited funds. I was overwhelmed with her kindness I could not stop crying . Best of all my doggy Milo had a big smile on the drive home and is recovering nicely. Thank you for bringing his smile back. God bless you! Your an angel. I wish there were more caring Doctors like you.

"I called around to about five different vets to get an estimate for a teeth cleaning for an 8 year old chihuahua mix (my Buddy). All the vets I called quoted between $300-$400, and came with mixed reviews online. Along came Veterinary Out Patient Clinic. They thoroughly explained all of the possible charges to me, and the estimate came in around $275. They received good reviews online, was near my work, so I thought I'd give them a try.
From the very first step in their offices, they were friendly, helpful and I could tell they really care about their customers and animals. Anna and Ally were so friendly and helpful....they were awesome, and the Dr. was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They all explained every step of the procedure to me. My dog has never been put under, so this was a big deal to him and me. Ally and the Dr. made me feel comfortable every step of the way. They told me that sometimes tooth extractions are needed once they get in and start cleaning the teeth because plaque can actually hold the tooth to the gumline. In looking at Buddy's teeth, Anna said that they looked pretty good and they probably wouldn't have any extractions, and sure enough, they didn't. Their original estimate was right in line with what the final bill was. Everything went smooth. And best of all, when I came to pick my little guy up, Buddy was happier than I've seen him in a long time. He is sooooo happy his teeth are clean. They did a really good job cleaning his teeth. They are white and clean, and Buddy is happy. I will definitely be bringing my other dog and Buddy to Veterinary outpatient clinic in the future, and I recommend them to all my family, friends and co-workers! Thank you Anna, Ally and Dr. for being so awesome!"-Jason J (Long Beach, CA)
